Icon for Hire has shared huge news about their Kickstarter for Amorphous: fans helped raise $263,082 total.

The campaign had only a $2,942 goal, but fans surpassed it within less than 24 hours, showing incredible support for the independent alt-rock duo.

Launched just over a month ago, the Kickstarter quickly gained momentum. Fans shared links everywhere, spreading excitement across social media platforms.

Supporters pledged money for exclusive rewards, including signed CDs, behind-the-scenes content, and limited-edition merchandise made for campaign backers only.

Stretch goals for the campaign

The final total beat the band’s previous Kickstarter by 106.8%. That makes Amorphous their most successful project ever funded.

Their 2016 campaign for You Can’t Kill Us raised big numbers too. But this new album’s campaign has easily surpassed it.

In a Kickstarter update, the band thanked fans for their commitment. They also confirmed a February 2021 album release date.

They promised frequent updates for backers before the album drops. Expect behind-the-scenes videos, sneak peeks, and special reward deliveries soon.

The campaign proves the power of their fanbase and independent funding. Icon for Hire continues to thrive without a major label.
